Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day period

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement — for example by sending us the standard form below by email at contact@lezaart.com or by post. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us, at your own expense, in their original condition.

Exception: personalised flutes

In accordance with article L221-28 2° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This is the case for flutes made to measure via our configurator (wood, mouthpiece, key, tuning, personalised engraving…): since each piece is shaped and tuned by hand according to your choices, it cannot be taken back after manufacture — except in the event of a lack of conformity or a hidden defect, where your legal warranty naturally remains fully applicable.

Flutes sold from stock, that are not personalised, remain covered by the 14-day withdrawal period described above.
