Delivery & Returns

Leza Art flutes are handcrafted to order in our workshop in Provence. This page summarizes our delivery options, timelines, and shipping costs; full terms are outlined in our terms and conditions of sale.

Manufacturing and shipping timeline

Each order is prepared in the workshop before shipping, within 48 to 72 business hours for available pieces. Custom flutes (engraving, wood type, custom tuning via the configurator) require additional manufacturing time; this is specified before order confirmation.

Delivery options and rates

Orders are shipped to mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Monaco, via the following carriers:

• Colissimo, home delivery — €10.63: delivered within 48 business hours after shipping, with signature.
• Mondial Relay, pickup at a parcel point — €4.39: available within 3 to 5 business days after shipping, at the parcel point selected during ordering.

These timelines run from the date of shipment and are provided for reference only; they may vary depending on the season (peak periods, public holidays) or carrier disruptions.

Free delivery

Delivery is free for orders of €70 or more (item total, excluding shipping costs).

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your parcel is shipped, allowing you to follow its progress until delivery or to your chosen parcel point.

Delivery issues

In the event of a damaged parcel or missing item, we ask customers to file a claim with the carrier and to contact us at contact@lezaart.com as soon as possible.
